Who can access the Innovery Ethics Channel?

The Ethics Channel is accessible to Innovery employees as well as to anyone else who wants to make a report related to Innovery's business.

Are the data entered in my communication properly protected?

All personal data contained in your communication will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Can I make a report anonymously?

Yes, although the Channel guarantees the anonymity of the informant, he/she may, on a voluntary basis, include his/her data in the communication. The channel has been designed to support anonymous and confidential communications, through the secure communications mailbox.

How am I protected as a whistleblower?

There will be no retaliation or discrimination against anyone who has made a report in good faith. In the case of anonymous reports, anonymity is guaranteed without prejudice to legal obligations.

How can I check the progress of my communication?

The platform assigns a unique identification code to each communication that allows you to track the progress of your communication.

What are my responsibilities?

Communications must be made in good faith. Any bad faith communications or abuses of the system may result in disciplinary/sanctioning or legal action, as appropriate.

When will my communication be resolved?

Within three months of your registration on the platform and automatic receipt of the receipt, you will receive the result of the analysis of your communication and, where appropriate, the actions to be taken.

Who is responsible for the Ethics Channel?

The System Manager is the person responsible for Innovery's Legal, Compliance and Risk area and is responsible for managing, investigating and resolving reports received through the Ethics Channel

Who receives the reports?

Communications are received by the System Manager and by the Innovery s.P.a. Compliance team.
